IPeX Immunoprecipitation Kit for protein purification immobilizes proteins directly onto beads, creating a covalently permanent affinity support. IPeX technology eliminates Protein A or Protein G agarose beads. An immune complex is formed when crude samples are incubated with the bead's covalently bound antibody. The elution step dissociates the bound antigen from the complex without the dissociation of the antibody from the beads. Once the beads are pre activated, the beads can be re used up to 10 times.
