The electro elution GeBAflex-tube tool extracts intact proteins and recovers the largest protein amounts from polaycrylamide or agarose gel,(minimum 70% yield recovery). The electro elution GeBA flex-tube can also be used for protein preparation for mass spec analysis. In addition, it can be used as a proprietary MS buffer to remove SDS.
After electro elution, the GeBA flex-tube can then be used for dialysis buffer exchange,(for SDS removal). |
